Returns Policy

Biolumination takes great care to inspect all items are free from imperfections or faults before shipping, if in transit items become damaged a replacement will be provided once items are returned. No products may be returned to Biolumination without the prior written consent of Biolumination. Returns made to Biolumination due to items no longer being needed will be refunded when all items are returned (postage at cost of the buyer) in an unused/unopened resell-able condition.
