Cancelling an order

Cancellations can be made within the first 3 hours of ordering. After this time period orders cannot be cancelled due to our same day shipping policy. Unwanted orders will have to be returned.

Acceptance of an order

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content and total cost.

Delivery

You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). Biolumination assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.
